Egg Spam Avocado Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced spam to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and stir-fry until they are fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
  6. Season the fried rice with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the chopped green onions and diced avocado to the pan, and stir-fry for another minute until they are heated through.
  8. Finally, add the radish sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds until they are wilted.
