Korean Style Beef Short Ribs Recipe(LA galbi BBQ)

Korean style beef short ribs, also known as Galbi or Kalbi, are a popular Korean dish that features marinated and grilled beef short ribs. This dish is known for its signature sweet and savory flavor profile, which comes from a marinade made with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and other seasonings.

The beef short ribs used for Galbi are cut across the bone, resulting in thin, rectangular slices that are perfect for grilling. The meat is often marinated for several hours or overnight to infuse it with flavor and tenderize it.

Galbi is typically served with steamed rice and a variety of Korean side dishes, such as kimchi, pickled vegetables, or steamed vegetables. The dish is often enjoyed in a social setting, with family or friends gathered around a grill to cook and eat together.

Korean style beef short ribs have become increasingly popular outside of Korea, with many restaurants and home cooks around the world putting their own spin on this classic dish. Whether you’re a fan of Korean cuisine or just looking to try something new, Galbi is definitely worth a taste!
