Stir Fried Brussels Sprout with shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry it.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender and slightly charred. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and the sliced mushrooms and diced celery. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables become tender.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp to the wok and stir-fry everything together for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Add the garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  8. Add the Brussels sprouts back to the wok and toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are fully coated in the sauce.
  9. Serve the stir-fried Brussels sprouts with cooked shrimp, mushroom, and celery hot, garnished with sliced green onions or cilantro if desired.
