Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 2 cups of cooked and seasoned rice

  • 4leaves of lettuce, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  2. Spread about 1/2 cup of cooked rice evenly over the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch gap at the top.
  3. Place the lettuce leaves on top of the rice, leaving about 1 inch of space from the bottom.
  4. Add the sliced spicy pork and chopped kimchi on top of the lettuce.
  5. Moisten the top inch of the nori sheet with water and finish rolling the kimbap to seal.
  6. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.
