Korean Style Seafood Ramen

Korean seafood ramen is a popular Korean noodle dish made with a spicy and savory broth, fresh seafood such as shrimp, squid, and clams, and vegetables like onion, green onion, and garlic. The noodles used in this dish are typically thick and chewy, similar to udon noodles.

  • 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 1/2 pound clams
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 eggs


  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the sliced squid, clams, and shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the seafood is just cooked through.
  4. Add 1500ml water and Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. put the noodles and soup powder(base) into the pot. and boil 2minutes.
  6. Add an egg and chopped green oinions.
  7. To serve, divide the cooked ramen noodles among 4 bowls. Ladle the seafood and broth over the noodles. Top with chopped scallions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
