Chicken Teriyaki Spinach Wrap

This spinach wrap is a flavor-packed dish that combines the delicious flavors of fresh vegetables, savory turkey ham, and chicken teriyaki, all wrapped up in a soft and nutritious spinach tortilla. The wrap is elevated by the addition of three delicious sauces – custard sauce, tartar sauce, and sriracha mayo – which add a creamy, tangy, and spicy kick to the dish.   • 1 large spinach tortilla wrap
  • 2-3 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2-3 slices of turkey ham
  • 2-3 slices of red onion
  • 4-5 pieces of chicken teriyaki
  • 1 tablespoon of custard sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of tartar sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha mayo


  1. Warm up the spinach tortilla wrap in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.
  2. Spread the custard sauce.
  3. Place the lettuce leaves on top of the sauces, covering the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add the sliced tomato on top of the lettuce leaves.
  5. Next, add the sliced avocado on top of the tomato slices.
  6. Place the turkey ham slices on top of the avocado.
  7. Add the slices of red onion on top of the turkey ham.
  8. Add the pieces of chicken teriyaki on top of the red onion.
  9. Add tartar sauce and sriracha mayo on the center of the tortilla.
  10. Fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling, then fold the sides towards the center, and tightly roll the wrap.
  11. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
